No Refunds After Delivery:
Once an order has been delivered and accepted by the customer, we do not offer refunds. We encourage all customers to inspect their items thoroughly upon receipt and before making any payment.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive damaged, expired, or incorrect items, please notify our delivery personnel immediately upon delivery. We will take appropriate action to replace the item(s) or issue a refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled before they are out for delivery. Once the delivery process has begun, cancellations are not possible, and the payment will be due in full.
Payment Disputes:
Any payment disputes should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue.
